I’ve always loved the corn mix and I know prices are going up. It’s just a little high sometimes to pay way over $1.79 for one little cornbread especially when you’re on a fixed income and get no help like I am but I do love your product And at 72. I have to pinch pennies.

I’ve made cornbread many different ways but this little box of cornbread mix is amazing! It takes five minutes to mix. Add an egg mix then add 1/3 cup of milk or water to the mix and stir… it doesn’t matter. Now let it sit while your oven heats up. It doesn’t matter what you cook it in… a muffin pan, a baking dish or cake or pie pan, an iron skillet, whatever you prefer. I use a greased iron skillet to bake the mix so I put the iron skillet in the oven while it is heating. I use a small amount of extra oil but as long as the skillet is greased and hot that’s all you need for the bottom of the cornbread to get nice and crunchy. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

I am a BIG FAN of everything Jiffy makes. I've had all of them. Never been disappointed. This cornbread muffin mix is my favorite because I always have blueberries that I add into the batter (add the blueberries at the last minute so they don't turn your batter 'gray'), AND I only make BIG muffins. YES, BLUEBERRIES IN CORNBREAD!!! One box will make 4 big "real nice size" muffins. Right out of the oven.....Throw on some butter and alittle maple syrup and you got a meal!! Serious. You just can't beat jiffy. Always reliable, been around for YEARS, and always a great price. If you are single, Jiffy mixes are something you just need to keep around in the pantry!!! Its like an automatic thing you gotta have! You can do this!!...they make it real easy for you to MAKE IT YOURSELF.

This is a great corn muffin mix. Is very affordable and always goes on sale. You use minimal ingredients and is simple to bake. The texture and taste are good for its price. You can also make it as a cake of muffin shape.

So easy to make hot corn muffins with Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix. They've been a staple for generations. Easy to make many different things with them and the online recipies. Jiffy doesn't advertise you the price is low because you are never paying for advertisement.

This is the only cornbread mix I ever use. I love the directions for "Johnny Cake" on the side of each box. I follow the directions exactly, and the result is always delicious. Jiffy stands head and shoulders above every other mix I have experimented with. In my opinion, there is very good reason Jiffy has been around for so long and has stayed the same all that time. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix is a time tested classic that is still very cheap compared to competitors.

Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix is one of my favorites because it tastes good and is a great value for the price. The cornbread comes out soft and moist with a nice corn flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. I like that one inexpensive box can make a quick side dish for dinner without a lot of extra ingredients or work. It tastes great with butter, and I also use it for corn muffins. For the taste, convenience, and low price, I definitely think it's worth buying and I always keep a few boxes in my pantry.

I always loved Jiffy cornbread but now it has a different taste. I looked at the back and discovered that it now has "biogenerated food ingredients". This is changing the taste of most food products and I don't like it. The worst part is there's no listing of exactly what it is that is "biogenerated", especially since it is changing the taste. I know it's not the fault of Walmart but the manufacturer, still disappointing.

The pictures of this product show ingredients and nutritional info that is NOT what is shown on the boxes I received 10/7/26. There is no mention of GMO ingredients on the advertising, but my boxes say that it contains GMO ingredients which make the taste and consistency subpar. This product used to be sweet, but they tried to be greedy and save money by replacing good ingredients with nasty GMO ingredients.
