Wow! First day I took these I took full dose and my coworkers wanted to tranquillize dart me. I thought with my caffeine tolerance I would be fine and these only have 100mg of caffeine but they definitely wake ya up. I eventually got to taking 1 in the morning and 1 around noon and it works better for me. This is coming from someone who makes espresso out of death wish coffee 🤣
I have sleep apnea so I use a CPAP device for sleep.. Even though I use the CPAP religiously I wake up with brain fog and headaches which lasts for 2-4 hrs daily. This supplement reduces my headaches and improves brain function and cognition 50-75%. I was skeptical at first but after trying it the results speak for themselves!
These capsules take a bit of time to start working, so they're no substitute for a caffeinated beverage if you need a quick hit. But with that slower onset comes a steadier effect over time, a longer duration, and a more gradual ramp-down. And the 100 mg of caffeine per dose is for 3 capsules, so each contains ~33 mg – great for metering it out, which I do regularly. Having tried these, tea feels weak and everything else feels like a blunt instrument. I still keep Jocko Go energy drinks on hand for when I want a quick hit and/or a shorter duration, but Brain Power is my default at all other times. What a great product!
Great product. I've been taking it in the morning prior to working out. Have noticed a sharper cognitive state. Seems to also help with early morning tasks.
Gives me some get up and go! I still drink my morning coffee with it, I have a high caffeine tolerance. I use this as my base and stack my other nootropics. I can tell they were very selective in the ingredients they chose. A decent 100mg of caffeine and 50mg of Theacrine for immediate energy and cholergenic boosters for focus and mental power. Lots of great ingredients in here. I notice the effects for about 3-4 hours and no crash.
Jocko Brain Power has noticeably helped clear my brain fog and improve my focus, energy levels, and productivity. My cognitive function and memory feel sharper, and I have better mental stamina throughout the day. I've also noticed improved mood and stress control without feeling overstimulated. Solid, sustained cognitive support.
These products are Good. I'm not just saying something I've heard, but informing the public that Jocko Fuel is great stuff and makes a difference. Try it and see.
I have recently tried many jocko supplements in my search for clean ingredients that actually help. I have found this in Brain power. Focus and cutting through to clarity are awesome with this.
It definitely works! Start with a smaller dose if you want to experience the effects slowly. A full dose will get you moving for sure. No crash and the boost lasts for hours.
I would love to review this product and indicate that it works well as intended, but my order in late November never reached my door after an ambiguous package tracking experience, an indication that my product is considered damaged/lost in transit, and I'm still waiting for a follow up on a $180+ overall order. So I'm going with 1-star on this review request because I haven't felt any benefits from Jocko Brainpower. I am a fan of the energy drinks that did make its way to me in one of the three segments of the single order, albeit I'm drinking from cans that have expanded from freezing, again in transit. I'm keeping my faith that Jocko's products are solid and maybe they just have a terrible carrier, but my customer service experience thus far with an AI bot hasn't yielded any results.
