When I ordered this oil filter it was delivered in a very short time. I was happy about the price too. Now all that is left to do is change my oil on my mower.

Briggs oil filter
Exactly what I ordered. Fits my 2024 John Deere 22hp Briggs and Stratton engine. I took off that huge quick change filter and did an old school conversion and this the filter that works with that.

Not yet installed, but rubber seal looks "out of round" like it was dented or dropped - could be a manufacturing defect. Contemplating whether to install or return.

John Deere is really screwing up with their oil filters. I bought a replacement filter from John Deere dealership for my new X350R and they sold me a AM125424 oil filter but when I went to change the oil and put on my new filter, it would not screw on as the original filter I took off was a AM125424C which is a different thread pitch. So I then ordered a AM125424c from John Deere directly and yet they sent me a AM125424 again. Now I ordered a AM125424C from Walmart and yet again I was sent a AM125424. Why is it so hard to get an oil filter for my new riding mower? I did finally get a 4 pack of an off brand off Amazon but they are a AM125424C and they do fit.
