I may try it all!!!

Fraurisa October 12, 2013

My oh my! I went from not using the Frizz Ease line (because I had straight hair with a tad bit of body that looks fine but is kind of thick-granny O's hair) to becoming a straight up (no pun) devotee! I never needed these products until the dye-saster. My hair could go through anything except one extra long session under a dryer with dye on my head. I wanted to try the serum but I was a little put off by the price, itty bitty bottle like eye cream. But, I caved and bought it--WOW! This is a tremendous product! My favorite so fair! I love ease of use in particular. I never blow dry my hair so I was always looking for products that say 'use on wet hair'.This is the best! I applied it and did not have to do anything---which is what I want. I love hair products but I don't want to be stranded in the bathroom or stuck at the salon. What I got was shiny soft hair with no little ends sticking out--no stickiness no glue like substance.Of course I'll have to go in for a trim but this product will get me through. Oh ladies and gentlemen if you use the Frizz Ease cream Do use on damp hair. I let my hair dry and really had to lather it on. It absorbs when hair is damp.I got out of the house without a cowlick so that's a plus!I coat my hands with it when my hair is damp. Thanks a lot!

The best !!

Momma September 1, 2020

I have long naturally curly hair. I am 68 years old. I have tried many products over the years to keep my frizz down and to make my hair soft. This Frizz Ease is the best. Keeps the frizz down and keeps my hair soft without the gummy or crunchy side effects.

Great stuff

Robert C January 14, 2018

This is the best stuff for frizzy dry hair. I've been using this since it came onto the market 25+ years ago. I apply it when my hair is wet and then I style my hair. It really keeps my hair smooth and soft.

Frizz Ease John Frieda Products 3.5/5

Lexi September 11, 2021

Package came with no lid on top and the top was untwisted and loose so it spilled all over the box with my other items. This was going to be my first time using this product but I didn't get the chance to. I left a 3 star instead of 0 star because I have used the “leave in conditioner” by John Frieda for frizz ease and it works 4/5 only downside is the greezyness but still an overall product I would use again

Does not work

Austen1 August 2, 2014

I tried this product 10 years ago. I figured I would give it another whirl. Maybe all the commercials and great reviews meant the product was updated and I was curious to find out if it would work this time. It didn't. My advise to anyone first is to leave in the regular conditioner you use now instead of washing it out. Take a small amount of conditioner, comb it through after shampooing let dry. This has always worked for me. I don't blow dry so this may be something to consider if you try this method. You will save a lot of money and get great results.

Made frizz WORSE!

Madilyn December 12, 2021

I've tried this product on multiple occasions - using with my normal shampoo / conditioner AND with the whole Frizz Ease line. No matter what, it always makes frizz so much worse. It's thick and heavy. It makes tangles unmanageable. I keep giving it chances because of the reviews and I always end up dossappointed. Do not recommend.

Pass on this one

Tammy November 14, 2021

I bought Frizz Ease extra strength thinking it would tame the frizz I have. No, it does not. I washed my hair as usual and followed the instructions on the bottle of Frizz Ease. My initial impression was shock over how sticky it made my wet hair feel. Moved on to blow drying my hair (I have a Dyson AirWrap) after applying a blow dry leave in. Post blow dry it is still so sticky I am unable to run my fingers through my hair, my hair is MORE frizzy than usual and my ends feel crispy and fried. I haven't ever had crispy dry hair using the AirWrap with any other products, my hair has never felt sticky and I have always been able to run my fingers through my hair. I will be returning this and sticking with Argan oil which does a MUCH better job at smoothing frizz and doesn't leave my hair sticky or dried out.
