Love this. Easy to use. Once in a very little while, I will get probably not a very new color and I will find it is flat, will not foam, drips, but believe it or not, it still covers the gray and colors my hair. Just a big mess, but like I said, thankfully, very rarely. For the most part, it covers the gray. I am not very gray considering Im in my 70s, except by the ears, and that covers, but not great. The rest is perfect. I use one box of the dark chocolate brown. Looks terrific first two weeks and then it kind of becomes lighter in the root area. Tolerable, and I will cover again within 4 weeks. I have shoulder length hair and a lot of it. One box does the trick. Scary because when you mix it, it looks like very little stuff in there. Only once I had to use part of a second box and I was kind of sorry I did. Was a waste. I buy it in Walmart because it is fast delivery and hard to find in my local stores anymore.

Easy to use and is a foam so does not drip or run down face. I will purchase again and is so much cheaper than going to a shop. Color was good for me.

Walmart is the best I love shopping with them. Everything is at a fair price. I just love it and I recommend everybody else to shop with them too. They never regret it.

The only thing that covers most of my white roots, besides NN and NI salon colors. Perfect for in between visits and easy to use. No mess at all, no towels needed, nothing.

First time using this .. so far I love the color and it didn't bleach my hair like some other well known products out there … I mean who would put bleach in a dark hair color ?

I have only ever went to a salon, but I decided I wanted to dye my hair on my own this time. I have really frizzy/dry hair that gets damaged easily so I was really hesitant as to which brand to use. I have heard really good things about John Frieda in the past so I purchased John Frieda Precision Foam Colour, I really wanted to go darker (I was dirty blonde but my hair is naturally daker) so I chose the Dark Chocolate Brown 4BG. After I washed out my hair I had amazing results! I did not even have to straigten my hair after using the conditioner that comes with it. The color is gorgeous and made my hair really shiny and soft. I absolutely love it and have people I do not know come up and tell me how much they love my hair and my guy friends love it! I am now going to go back and buy more of the John Frieda product line!

I have been coloring my own hair for seventeen years. This was the first Foam Hair dye I have tried and I loved it! I have shoulder length Hair and normally I have to use two boxes because I have thick hair, but One box of the foam was enough for all my hair with this Product. The foam made it so much easier to cover all of your hair. I would recommend this to anyone learning how to color there own hair it would be so much easier for them. On the plus side it made my hair super soft! I noticed it as soon as I had washed the color out before even adding the conditioner. It has a great shine to it and I love the color. It is the Bold Dark Chocolate Brown I have been looking for, it was just what I wanted. It looks like I went and had a professional color it. I would recommend this Product to every one! :) I will add I left it in my hair for the full 30 minutes not the 20 minutes.

This hair coloring system is wonderful. Not only is the foam easy to use, the color is just as described, and your hair comes out silky and shiny. I get a ton of compliments. It has great gray coverage, and touch ups are a breeze. Another thing I like is that since I have long hair, if I wanted to do my entire head, I used to have to use two boxes. Not with this one. One box is more than generous. I plan to stick with this brand, and with this color, since I am completely in love with it.

I love the color. I love the foam. Its easier to put where you need it and it stay in place. However its not good at covering greys. Its pricey to not cover well.
