Delivery was very fast and UPS driver brought it into house for us. Assembly required, starting with base, legs, wheels, etc! Easy instructions and all parts were packed well. The only tool needed is an Allen wrench and it is included with the various bolts package. Only 2 different size bolts are needed and they are separated and numbered to correspond with the instructions. Chair is comfortable and sturdy and rolls easily across my plastic office mat in my computer room. It's carpeted. I'm not Big %26 Tall at 5'9" and weigh 181 lbs. Chair is advertised as Big %26 Tall - 400 lbs. Overall, I'd recommend this chair.

Nice chair, as good or better as the one I replaced due to the covering cracks it had developed over the years on the armrests. Simple to assemble, just follow directions. If it lasts as long as the other one I love it! Looks good and comfortable to sit in.

It arrived on the originally stated delivery date. By that I mean that I received updates to my delivery date that indicated that delivery was ahead of schedule. I could have done without those updates as they increased my anticipation and disappointment when those the chair was not delivered. As for the chair itself, it was assembled fairly quickly. It does appear to be made well, but truth be told, it is made for a larger person than me. The claim that it supports 400 pounds should have given me a hint... but that's my fault. I love the chair even though I need a back support pillow to move me forward in the seat. The color is good and I like the padded fold up armrests, though high but fine since I frequently lean back and hold my hands together as I review my work. Unlike my old chair, which would get lower as I fidgeted in my chair so I had to constantly readjust it, this one holds steady no matter how I fidget. Overall, it was an excellent purchase.

i was thrilled that they delivered this directly to my door. our address is always misunderstood, so in spite of our delivery delayed 3 times, once it was delivered, it was on our doorstep. assembly was ok. some color coding could be helpful, but we managed and completed the project.

I had a little difficulty putting back on chair. The directions didn't state to leave the arms slightly loose until got back on. The chair is comfortable and the padding in the seat helps with sore bottoms when have to sit at desk for over 8 hours. We have tried many different chairs and this one has been the best so far.

This chair is very comfortable. I like that the arm rests can be moved back so it will fit underneath this desk. There is plenty of room for the average-size person. It sits further back than many office chairs do too. I believe it would be fine someone up to 350 lbs or 6'5". I am about 5'6" and my feet don't even touch the floor (when they're straight) with the chair all the way up. This chair slides across hard floor just fine, without any jarring or pauses.

This chair is not as wide as my last office chair and the arm rest has a hard plastic portion of it that sits right next to the chair seat. Every time I go to sit on it my buttocks always lands right on it which makes it uncomfortable. Other than that it looks good, easy to assemble ( even without manual) and rocks and swivel with ease. As much as I want to love it… it's not like my old one very wide and comfortable. It was built to last. I had it for 9 years going on ten. If not for the leather peeling and the squeak every time I lean back I would have stood with it. I thought this chair was going to be as wide as the other but it's not. 😢

This chair is amazing! Well worth it if you need a higher capacity chair or your dog likes to sit on your lap while you're in it. I have to give 4 out of 5 stars though because my chair doesnt have a US Conformity Manufacturer label underneath the seat.

The assembly was very easy. within 15 minutes I was sitting in this chair. it leans comfortably with an easy resistance knob which can be adjusted. it rolls quite effortlessly. Height adjustable. Armrests are easily folded back towards backrest if need be. I think that the seat itself could be improved a little by giving more thought to pressure points on one's bottom and back of legs. Sometimes it feels like the chair wants to push you forwards. I can't really complain. Great value and it serves it's purpose , especially for bigger men and women.

THIS CHAIR INDICATES IT IS FOR BIG AND TALL, THERES NO WAY. THE SEAT IS VERY SHALLOW, KNEES HANGING OFF THE END OF IT AND I AM ONLY 5'6" AND 175 LBS. THE SEAT IS NOT DEEP AT ALL , ONLY HALF YOUR LEGS WILL BE ON THIS SEAT AND YOU WILL BE SITTING FORWARD WITH THE BACK OF YOUR UPPER LEGS OFF THE SEAT.
