I enjoy rocking in the chair it's comfy I'm a bigger guy 300 lbs. and it's not too bad to set in seems to hold up well, the metal frame in the arms could use a redesign so you have something solid to push on to get out of the chair its a little tricky trying not to damage the arms

The chair’s back leans back too far. You can’t adjust it to sit straight up. It does recline nicely and is comfortable. It does heat up and message. The foot rest is easy to extend with an attached pull cord but getting it to retract is a nightmare. I haven’t been able to do it while sitting in the chair. I have to maneuver my way out of the chair then force the foot rest down with steady hard pressure until you hear it click. Not for seniors.

The material is INCREDIBLY cheap. Like the material you would find on unfinished ikea furniture if you’ve ever been to one of their stores. The fabric is quite literally the cheapest possible fabric and is almost like the blocking fabric for needlepoint or the backing for sew on patches. This was definitely not worth the money we paid and the ad said black - what we received was charcoal gray and only looks black because of the lighting in our house at the time I took the photo. Rather disappointing. Very lightweight and easy to put together, again because it’s very cheaply made. The heater doesn’t seem to work on ours. The reclining part is a small lever you have to pull like if you were trapped in the trunk of a car I attached photos of. The seat and back have a decent cushion but the arm rests are incredibly flimsy and the part where the cupholder is has literally nothing else aside from the material they used to make it and the fabric used to cover it. So it’s going to hurt if someone runs into it and it will likely rip VERY easy because the fabric feels thin. There was only four pieces of hardware you had to put on yourself aside from the cupholders. Everything else was on the chair waiting for you to slide the pieces in. I wish we would’ve paid less for a different chair because now I’m going to have to spend more money on chair covers and additional things to make this chair be what we thought it was. I will say it was easy to put together for one person. We got it on sale at $229.99 from $329.99. I wouldn’t pay more than $150 for this if you want something quality.

The box it was delivered in was flimsy, and the top of the box had the product sticking out and poorly taped. Took it inside, put it together with ease, but back brackets were damaged in transit (box was banged up), so when it was put together, it already leaned back 30° instead of sitting upright Returned it, so I never got to enjoy it or see how comfortable it was. Pictures attached (don't mind the broken blinds. The dogs went nuts when it was delivered because the driver had to come into the gate and by the house!!!)

I only say no due to the description for the chair prior to purchase. Chair is small and not heavy duty. When you move the chair the arms want to come off. This was a fail for me to replace our old recliner so I should have just saved and bought one on sight. However I will put it in the RV because a return is not so efficient with online purchase with third party.

I could not get Walmart to contact the seller and send me a part that is itemized in the manual. It is a completely separate part from others and I find it very poor service and quality that this cannot be done. To return the chair is too much of a hassle, when all I need is a cover.

The instructions are not at all clear, obviously written by someone who isn’t fluent in English…titled, In Structions. This chair is so flimsy and cheap, we decided to never hook up the heating or vibrating elements! It smelled of the pesticide foreign imports are often sprayed with! I had to run an air purifier for 2 days to get the smell out. We nearly tossed it to the curb before it was together! It’s not comfortable, perhaps for a small human it would be. In the end, I put a throw cover over this thing and it sits in a guest room. You have to assemble the outer edge of arm side for both arms, then disassemble the framed arm from seat of this chair. It doesn’t tell you that anywhere, but we figured it out by accident! It’s the only way to put the fabric skin over the arm/ side of the chair! Then the footrest fabric skin has to be stretched over and velcroed in place. The “In Structions” say to use the “magic sticker” to fixed seat cushion in place.

This item was left on my sidewalk, not on my porch by the door as I asked when delivered. I was afraid at work that someone would steal it since the delivery driver left it on the side walk. I called to report this only to struggle to get it assembled then learning It was not the same color blue that I ordered . The recliner that I put together is not the right color of the recliner that I ordered online. Very upsetting..

Assembly was easy, and the chair looks great; however, the chair is not stable and my husband, who is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 lbs got in the chair, reclined it easy and the whole chair flipped backwards and he fell completed on his back. I tried it later and same thing happened. Not sure if this chair is just defective or if its all of these chairs.

The other reviews that are good are fake I’m convinced this thing is awful. The back has a hard rod that’s right in your back, the back leans way far back when it’s in the up position and there is hardly and cushion it’s hard and very uncomfortable.
