This chair works great! I love the heat and massage, and it lifts up enough to make it easy for 70 year-old me to get out of it. It only took us about 20 minutes to assemble, and I believe the price was very reasonable, especially with free shipping!

It made life so much easier for my husband. It took us awhile to assemble, but eventually we found instructions on U-tube. If we had watched that first, we would have been able to complete it in a fraction of the time. As my other recliners break down, we will probably replace them with this model. Not only does the left help him het up, but the heat and message help his back

The last recliner i bought had minimal assembly and is leather. The new recliner is for short-term use after a shoulder replacement. I need the wired remote so I can use my left arm. It is definitely comfortable. Long-term durability is questionable. Assembly took an hour or so. It never sits fully upright. When reclined, it goes way back. Im not a fan of the massage function...it just ISN'T what you think. Chair has multiple vibration modes, but I wouldn't call that massage. The heat function will be nice while using the shoulder ice wrap. I think comfort for money spent is good. A medical recliner rental was going to be $800 for 3 weeks. I'll give this to a friend when I'm done.

Only reason I did not give it a 5-star is that I do wish it had the wings on the side of the headrest. Great chair for the money but not best for sleeping which is what I needed. Received it faster than expected and in good condition. I think most people would be very pleased with this chair for the price.

This recliner looks so cheap , material is embarrassing. The whole recliner looks ridiculous! It's definitely not worth $305. That's for sure . I won't be ordering no more furniture from Walmart . I had such a hard time getting any updates from FedX was a total joke . No updates on shipping for 6 days after ordering , CS was rude , no help , I requested a refund n look for another since we assume the recliner was lost , but they said we couldn't cancel after it was shipped even with no updates , or no knowledge of when it may arrive . We were having storms the whole week n needed a date . Then 6 days later an update ! It's about time ! The box was damaged in 3 places some of the pieces inside the paint had scuffs on it . A nightmare with Walmart !

steel brace across the backrest is broken at both sides. I knew better than to buy from or through Walmart. junk in 200 pieces

I guess I did so much research on Rocking recliners that when I came across this chair I was thinking it was a Rocker, that was a big disappointment but that's my fault. When I received it the arms/ cup holders didn't come with it so I'm really hoping they are on their way. I read another persons comment that they was sent separately to them.

My chair has leaned to the left ever since I got it. I have taken several picture, everything that they have asked for. They want me to take it apart and send it back so they can inspect it instead of offering to send me a new then and I can then send it back to them. I am handicapped how am I supposed to do that? plus it's been 8 months. I just do without a chair until it comes back?
