Received our chair with a slight problem (back side pillow was left out of the box ) however, once I reached out to the seller, they quickly apologized and corrected the problem. Easy to follow directions. Great quality of chair as well as excellent customer service. I have all the confidence in the world that you will love this chair.
this is not the chair i paid for. they gave me a Chair they wanted to give me . ...
A nice rocker recliner with above average lumbar support. My chair arrived with a small tear in back of chair and the manufacturer quickly offered me an acceptable settlement. Overall a great value for the money and comparable to many recliners double the price.
Bought 2 of these chairs. They are comfortable. It was not too hard to put together. I will warn that the metal under the chair, bars that connect the footrest are very sharp. Cut my finger before I even realized I had touched something sharp. If you buy this chair please make sure yours is not sharp. These pieces could pose a hazard to small children and pets that may crawl under the footrest
I went back and forth on buying this chair. The picture shows a super nice recliner and it's a good price. There's some mixed reviews as well. So obviously I was skeptical - but I finally decided to buy the grey version. It came in a big box and was easy to unpack. The directions are not super clear (to me) but the chair doesn't take much to put together so it was easy to figure out. One thing I noticed in the reviews were people often assembled it wrong. I honestly could not figure out how to get it to zipper at the bottom. (it's a metal frame and the covers pull down over and then zip to enclose at the bottom.) I tucked them under and it's a non-issue as far as the chair working but it bothers me. I did put the back on wrong but it was easy to flip around. After I got it assembled and the covers situated I am impressed with this little chair. It's very comfy, the 360 spin on it is fun, and it feels sturdy. This chair would not survive children if you're considering this for your home with kids. It's a good chair but the kind that you can't really be rough with. I could see it breaking down within months. However for an adult that wouldn't be as rough it's a good mid range recliner that would probably last for years.
The chair is nice but the armrest is hollow so there is just a flimsy tuff of padding that rolls off to the side when using it and it hurts your elbow bone because your elbow falls into the top under the pad because there is no top to the arm rest causing your elbow to roll on the side and fall in the lack of a top panel.
I like the fact it fulfills the needs I wanted. I got a comfortable rocking chair that reclines. What I dislike is that the arm rests are very uncomfortable and painful. It could use softer corners or more cotton. Also, there is a space between my bottom cushion and back rest.
The Very quick delivery was appreciated. Arrived in 3 large boxes. One box was damaged and when we opened that box, we found the back left metal foot was bent and the cap that goes over It was broken. There was supposed to be a right panel and a left panel that connected to the sides of the recliner. We recd 2 Right sides. The seat feels barely padded and it’s hard. It’s not a typical over stuffed piece of furniture. It’s very firm and uncomfortable. I submitted a request for a refund but haven’t heard anything yet.
this is basically a cheaply made piece of junk. nothing fits properly. it's very difficult to get in and out of if you put the footrest up. I bought it in June and the material is already starting to shred. and when you rock in it it squeaks very loudly. I bought this to rock my granddaughter in however I wished I hadn't.
The first time we sat in ot and reclined, the back ripped. What a piece of junk
