Received our chair with a slight problem (back side pillow was left out of the box ) however, once I reached out to the seller, they quickly apologized and corrected the problem. Easy to follow directions. Great quality of chair as well as excellent customer service. I have all the confidence in the world that you will love this chair.

I got this chair for the nice lower price. I think it is great for the money I spent. Still not large enough for my tall husband. Fabric pieces are vacuumed packed and chair is easy to assemble. The girls and I like it.

The chair is nice but the armrest is hollow so there is just a flimsy tuff of padding that rolls off to the side when using it and it hurts your elbow bone because your elbow falls into the top under the pad because there is no top to the arm rest causing your elbow to roll on the side and fall in the lack of a top panel.

The Very quick delivery was appreciated. Arrived in 3 large boxes. One box was damaged and when we opened that box, we found the back left metal foot was bent and the cap that goes over It was broken. There was supposed to be a right panel and a left panel that connected to the sides of the recliner. We recd 2 Right sides. The seat feels barely padded and it’s hard. It’s not a typical over stuffed piece of furniture. It’s very firm and uncomfortable. I submitted a request for a refund but haven’t heard anything yet.

Ball bearings were falling out of the chair base %26 into the box before it was even assembled. Signs of wear began on seat %26 footrest in the first week. There's little to no lumbar support when reclined. I have a bad back, so I put a pillow from my couch in from the back of the chair. The chair itself isn't sturdy. I definitely wouldn't suggest purchasing this recliner to anyone. I just need it to last a year %26 then I'll toss in the trash.

i am very disappointed with this purchase that i got alittle over a month ago. its falling apart. squeeks when you rock. it sits uneven the foot rest is coming apart. i do not recommend this to anyone. want my money back.

This recliner should be considered a disposable or throw away recliner. The recliner is cheaply made and once assembled it doesn't sit level, it leans to one side. With regular use this recliner will be lucky to make it a year.

The arm rest feel like heavy duty cardboard. Its not big an fluffy like the picture and its not comfortable. I got this for my sister when she comes to my house soon she just had knee surgery an she has to keep her knee propped up so i got her this iam so disappointed now iam out of money an no time to get another recliner.

This is definitely the wish version of a recliner. One of the most janky recliners I’ve ever bought online. And I’ve bought a few.
