I love it , but I will say I got one box one day %26 the next 2 boxes the day after ! I was worried after I read other people’s reviews but I absolutely love my couch %26 had no issues with the delivery .

Wish i could give ZERO starts. This was a complete and utter mess. They sent me the wrong color, and the dark grey they send doesn't match anything in my home. I ordered Grey. I have spent weeks trying to return the item. They basically have threatened me with the cost of shipping to return it as it i should have to cover that. They just keep emailing me about wanting to offer a discount, which at this point is larger than the coast of the return shipping, so why not just help me return this. I would also like to note that it arrived in 3 large boxes, and they required i unbox and photograph everything. Now there are 3 large boxes in my small apartment living room, taking up all the space, so i haven't even been able to replace with a couch at this point, my new apartment is couch-less, and I've been fighting with the company to return it. I would like to note that working with Walmart directly had been wonderful, and they are trying to help me with these issues, but the company has been a nightmare.

It looks the worst in the world, the quality is super cheap, the cushions never took shape, they never expanded, a sofa like that must cost a maximum of 100 dollars, please don't waste your money on that.

Do yourself a favor and just flush your money down the toilet and sit on the floor. It makes more sense than buying this terrible couch. First of all, it's very small. (think low-quality children's furniture.) Also, very hard and unforgiving. The cushions have no cushion at all. I should have saved the excessive amount of cardboard it was shipped in and sat on that. It would be more comfortable and stylish than these couches. The have no redeeming quality and a leg broke off already. So, do not buy. For love of everything, do not buy.

we were sent wrong pieces of this furniture after many pictures and emails for 2 weeks decided since were in the refund stage send it back so we had fed ex come pick it up and now were stuck no refund no more responses and im fighting to get my refund back..

Looks like furniture for children. Way too short for me sit and try and get up. If I could return it I would. Just had major foot surgery. Never again Walmart!!!!

First of all the furniture was way smaller than I thought it would be. It look like miniature furniture. I had the furniture for two weeks when the first leg broke. I’ve had the furniture for maybe six months and it’s all on the floor. All the legs has broke cheap quality and also I paid for someone to come out in the symbol, my furniture and they didn’t come until after my furniture was already assembled. I let someone know and they never gave me back my money

The backs of the chairs are too small, the company was not easy to speak to. I wanted to return it, and they were asking us to disassemble it and put it back in the boxes. This is an impossible task. I asked if we could return it to wal-mart. That wasn´t an option. I am very upset. It is a waste of money.

This couch is nothing like the picture very unhappy with it. Sets very low to ground and doesn’t expand like the picture backs of couch is super thin and you can’t even lean back on it

This sectional sofa is smaller than listed in the ad. if you are looking for furniture for younger kids, then this is what you need. Here are pictures of this sofa and my husband sitting on it. He is 5'-10" and approximately 220 lbs. These pictures were taken within a day of receiving the sofa. Customer service from JONPhONY will not provide a proper solution for their misadvertised product. Customer service claims they will suffer a huge loss if I return this sofa and I can't get a full refund for this not as described item. Customer service also wants the sofa to be repacked in the orginial box if I want to return the sofa but that is not possible because the cushions come vacuum packed. According to their email, it looks like I have to pay for return shipping and there has been no mention of how much refund I will receive once it the return is processed. The ad is misleading and the refund process seems to be misleading also. Their email is attached
