Less than what I expected. 1.) The couch sits lower than a normal couch level so my knees are flexed like I’m sitting on a step stool (and I’m only 5’5” btw) 2.) the back of the couch is shorter than I expected, so for me to get comfortable I have to tilt back for support and unable to sit up straight 3.) the bottom cushions are comfy but the back sides and “throw pillows” are cardboard like. They’re flat, hard, and not comfortable. Oh and the back “cushions” easily come off too bc they have no velcro to hold them in place like the bottom cushions do. I would recommend ppl save their money and find a better deal elsewhere. I feel like a couch is a main piece of furniture that ppl gravitate towards at home and might spend a lot of time on, so purchasing a comfortable couch with great quality and design matters. Can’t imagine purchasing this at full value of $1200 , definitely would’ve returned.

Beautiful product, sturdy, and perfect size for 16 x 20 room. However, too low to the floor - considering installing 2” or 3” risers. The material/cushion/pillows have a strong “chemical” odor that I’m hoping will dissipate soon, otherwise, I’m not sure I’ll be able to keep the item if I can’t find a product to neutralize it.

Assembly was not too bad. It arrived in 3 large boxes. Couch is sturdy and seat cushions are firm. All the back and arm cushions are held together with large black plastic zippers. I've only had the couch a few weeks and already one of the zippers has busted and some of the seam threads in other places are unraveling. I paid $500 and overall it is not worth that much. I will most likely have to replace it within a year.

This thing was made for kids. It's tiny the photos show it to be a normal size sofa but when you sit in it, it only goes up to your middle back. If you lay down on it it's only maybe 4 feet long. It's a joke. don't buy it. I'm going to send it back after waiting for it. That came in three boxes. One came late. One box came open.

The couch I ordered is beautiful the way it arrived wasn’t two different boxes with two different colors and fiber. Also it’s delivered by fed ex home that does not deliver it to your home. Part of the pricing was a driver delivery tip ? What for if they can’t carry the box to your door? Also Walmart made it impossible to purchase this cancelling the purchase due to their fraud dept none of my cards would work only at Walmart I lost cash back from Ibotta and had to lease the couch to get instead of buying it outright! I am highly disappointed and frustrated from this whole transaction now I have a half of couch with two different colors box 3 comes tomorrow can’t wait to see the color of this one

The color of the actual couch I received is significantly lighter than advertised in the picture. I am extremely disappointed in this color discrepancy. Despite the color inconsistency, the assembly was easy and the quality of the couch appears to be decent. I do wish the larger back pillows had Velcro to attach to the back of the couch to keep them in place. Buy at your own risk!

Very poor delivery just leaves outside your property where anyone can just take it not even giving you common courtesy to make you aware of your packages even arrived I wouldn’t recommend no one to purchase from you all.. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE REALLY SUCKS

Was on sale and still overpaid. Company sent me a postcard asking for a 5-star review in exchange for a $10 gift card so that should say enough right there why the ratings are inaccurate. Cushions are flat and not cozy. Disappointed and should have listened to my gut feeling that this couch would be crap.

This was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. I started having hip pain after two hours of sitting on this couch. It is also 1 foot off the ground. I returned it immediately and I am still waiting for my refund. It has been a week.

This couch is extremely tiny. This couch is at best a child's couch. The quality is extremely poor. Will be sending back. Delivery was left outside 2 feet from my carport. Packaging was falling apart and open. Pictures shown are for actual size referencing so that way people actually can tell how small it really is. My child's toy on the couch, me standing behind it and pointing at my hip, a back shot of how thin the pillows and back support is, and a actually couches decorative pillow looks on it. And it looks big compare to the cushions that came with this couch. Material is cheap… should have known that. They even sent the wrong pillows. The pillows on the arm rest that are suppose to zip to the back and even that isn't right. Extremely disappointed, will never buy a piece of future again that I can't see in person.
