it definitely has a vegetable taste. I put it on my son's pizza and pancakes with syrup and he doesn't even notice he is an extremely picking eater as he has autism.

My daughters always make the nastiest face when taking this but I will have to tell you that I do see a difference since the two weeks we have been doing this. My daughter Bel has autism and is non verbal but she is trying now to form more sounds and words. I do believe that the ingredients in this supplement is making a difference.
