I love the colors of the bike. My toddler absolutely loves the bike as well. It was easy to put together. I am having trouble the reflector not staying on the front of the bike. Maybe I can fix it and make it stay in place. The little bell on the bike is the winner of it all. Also, when deciding to order the bike. I did not know it will come with letter stickers. That was a cute addition and I added my daughter’s name on the bike.

I only gave it 4 stars because I was a little disappointed that the wheel fender were thin plastic and the baby seat and basket are super cheap, but the rest of the bike seems very good heavy metal. It was a challenge for a single mom to put together, but I did figure it out, plan at least 3 hours to put it together if you have never put a bike together. I still haven’t figured out the hand break assemble, but we will let an uncle finish that part once she gets it on her birthday. Bike is super cute!

Assembly was straight forward and easy. The bike is super cute and my daughter loved it! However, the handle bars are way too low. I had the handle bars at the minimum insertion line and the seat at almost the lowest setting and she was bent over to reach the handlebars. The bike looked too small for her but it is the right height. I ended up returning it for another brand in the same size.

The seat is basically level with the handle bars at the lowest setting(which it has to be if you want the seat not above the handle bars btw). So it's a very awkward ride because when she's on it her butt is higher than the handle bars. Since it is on the lowest setting, the baby doll carrier doesn't have anywhere to latch on to so it's of no use! I think bc the center of gravity is so high, it tips even with the training wheels. After a few falls my child won't get on it anymore. Annoyed that this was her first bike and she's too scared to ride a bike at this time. The bike IS good quality, just needs adjustments to the height of seat v handles.

The interrube was busted when I received the bike in the mail. Every thing else is nice other than the interrtube being busted

The handlebars started rusting right away. I reported it but they wouldn't take it back or replace it because I missed the deadline by a few days.

This is not the same bike pictured. It's not what I ordered. The seat is white. The handles are white. The tires are white. Seat and handles are pictured brown. Cap covering chain is pictured blue but it's pink instead. Bike is hot pink and not the lighter pink pictured. Wheels are supposed to be off white. Directions are in Spanish.

They clearly sent a returned used dirty bike that was missing parts. Whoever had it before just took it apart and threw all the parts in a half destroyed box and taped it up and returned it. I was shocked that the company would send out a bike that I paid a $165.00 for in this condition.

They sent me the completely wrong bike! I went to put the bike together and was extremely disappointed when it was the wrong bike. Then I went to assemble it and the directions are in Spanish and no English options. It's just extremely disappointing when I'm giving this to my daughter for her birthday present. I attached the photo with what I ordered and one of the bike I got. They are completely different! Unfortunately, I don't have time to return this purchase due to her birthday being today. Otherwise I would. I don't recommend this purchase.
