Great product good price easy to put together

color is beautiful but slightest breeze and it tips over wether its open or not. No anchors came with it. I would not purchase again.

Purchased this at end of last summer and just opened box for the start of this summer. First time use it was nice and easy to put up next to the pool. We live in Florida and had a afternoon storm come up and the umbrella is a twisted mess. The rods are hollow and no match for a small thunder boomer with any amount of wind. It nice and big beautiful color and lots of shade.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ours came broken. The part you use to twist up the umbrella part is busted apart. We can’t use it. And the sellers have been zero help to figure it out. I have emailed, sent photos etc and they didn’t respond for over a week. The. Claim they didn’t get photos even though it states if they don’t respond within 48 hours we get a refund. It’s been nothing but an issue and now a big box is sitting in my garage.

The plastic bushing where the umbrella attaches to arm broke off after using it5 times. I feel his is a poor design , now I have a new umbrella but can’t use it.

This umbrella overall was fine but not sturdy (yes I had the base). I tried to return this at Walmart, seeings that is how I purchased. Unfortunately, Walmart would not accept the return and advised me to contact the manufacturer. If I had known this, I would have never purchased. I contacted the company and explained I didn’t feel this was sturdy enough for my space. They essentially responded stating it’s not their fault that I feel that way and “to have a good life.” The most passive aggressive email, just for trying to inquire about a return. I do NOT recommended this product or this company.

DONOT WAISE MONEY ON THIS, it broken the 2nd day when I set this up, I am so disappointed, the important part is plastic, it's not heavy enough to support the umbrella

The geometry on this thing is HORRIBLE. The base is simply not weighted enough and no matter how much weight I add it just slips off and the umbrella inevitably falls over because of its horrible top heavy design. Makes it unusable. If I could still return it I would in a heartbeat.

The rope that attaches the umbrella to the interior workings of the post frayed and snapped with a year's use. I'd say we have used it very seldomly even. If a person were using this a few times a week in the warm season it probably wouldn't last a season.

A light breeze blew the umbrella and it snapped.
