The scissors work well when cutting meats and vegetables. Any soft item, like mushrooms, not so well. But that is what happens with any kitchen scissors. The multiblade scissors work well chopping things quickly. They are very sharp. But remember to clear the blades every few cuts. Just like wiping a knife when chopping, but with these scissors you don't need a cutting board!

I bought these scissors to use exclusively in the kitchen on food and they can cut open food packages too.The manufacturer has a great video on how to use them. And the bonus is the seafood scissors that come with it. Which I'll use mainly for peeling and preparing shrimp. I purchased a second set for my daughter.

I have not used the multiple blade scissors yet, but I do like the idea, %26 I'm looking forward to using them. They are very well made. The single blade pair are excellent

Scissors cut great, very handy for people who have trouble with their hands. I bent fingers no strength I would recommend them.

I bought it four months ago to replace my Amway shears and I'm overall satisfied with this item specially the small one.

My wife did not like them because they do not come part to clean. I thought they were a good value but she is the kitchen boss
