K-Supreme Plus® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker

I had been wanting to replace my older Keurig for a few months now. I had it for almost 7 years. I finally decided to replace it when my son started that the coffee taste had declined. This brewer was much slimmer, sleeker and even sexier than my old one, lol... It takes up less counter space, looked cleaner, brighter and the coffee taste is awesome. All of the features work wonderfully. This brewer makes the coffee the way it was intended (literally). I like and appreciate that I can make my cups hotter (I tend to get distracted and forget my cup), so when I get back to it, it's not cold. This was a great investment that I'm sure will last. I hope you'll enjoy yours too. ;)

I like the sleek look and the ease of use. Opened, setup and making my first cup in less than 15 minutes.Has many features that I like and more that I may not ever use.Like being able to tun it on from my bed and have my coffee ready by the time I get to the kitchen. My luck I would have forgot to put a cup in place before going to bed. So far I like it much better than any of my previous Keurigs.

Absolutely love this coffee maker. The features are amazing especially the iced coffee ability it has as well as the ability it has to remember how you like a specific coffee brewed so you don't have to try and remember.

Pleasantly surprised! I purchased this K-Supreme Plus SMART model to replace my K-Mini Single Serve. Mostly, I just wanted to have the largest water reservoir Keurig offered in their single-serve units because I'm lazy and got tired of adding water for every cup I brewed. I didn't even really care about the "SMART" features. As it turns out, I am really happy with the purchase because 1) it has a large water reservoir, 2) I think their MultiStream and BrewID Technology actually makes a difference, and 3) the Smart feature was very easy to set up and I may actually start using it! As to the MultiStream and BrewID Technology, my coffee seems to taste smoother now. Kinda hard to describe, and fyi I'm no coffee connoisseur, but to me it's a noticeable difference. I haven't tried to use my own custom settings yet because I'm pretty happy with the BrewID settings. I've used our new Keurig now for about two weeks and so far everything is fine. My only negative is that coffee grounds collect on the four additional needles that pierce the top of your K-cup. I find I need to wipe them off after each use (after making mine and my wife's coffees). If I don't, I'll find a few grounds in my cup. It's not a big deal to us and we just consume our coffee as normal, but I never had this issue with my previous K-Mini unit, which only has the one needle. All in all I would recommend this unit and would buy another without hesitation (provided this one proves to be reliable in the future).

This KEURIG is an “Incredible Machine”! I have owned about 3-4 KEURIG machines in the past & the quality & tech packed into this one is second to none!

First, it looks beautiful in our kitchen. Nice and compact. No waiting for the unit to heat up. Customize your brew just to your liking. No need to keep the coffee maker on if you want another cup later so you'll save energy. Easy to connect to our WiFi network. Very happy with my purchase.

I received my K-Supreme Plus Smart and I have been enjoying it every since I've had it. I love while I'm getting ready for work I can start my fresh brew of coffee from my phone and I had any problems so far like the ones that are mentioned in other reviews. I just keep the nozzles clean and add water when it gets low and whatever flavor K-Cup I choose to use and keep it going. Thanks Keurig for a nice machine.

I am pleasantly surprised by my new K-Smart Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker I purchased for our motorhome. It's easy to use and makes great coffee. My husband would never use the original single serve maker but uses this one all the time. I like the new design, the larger water reservoir, and the options available to brew just the right cup of coffee. It also has the ability to connect to WI-FI which is awesome.

So far I like it! Love the feature of turning my machine on right from my bed. The scheduled brew times are a great help along with adding your favorites. This coffee maker is a tech lovers dream! No gripes here. I would recommend not setting your temperature above hot. I think that anything hotter would burn out the heating elements.

I bought the first K-Supreme plus machine from Keurig.ca in Sept 2021. A few months ago the machine started acting up. I would press 10 ozs and I would get 4 ozs, I would press 8 ozs and I would get 4 ozs and the machine started steaming excessively. After spending about 45 mins with customer service, they had to decided to send me a replacement which I got last week. I finally was able to "prep" the machine a few days ago and this is what my first cup of coffee looked like. Do not waste your money on this model unless you intend to descale it on a bi-weekly basis with the Keurig descaler and constantly run hot water through to get rid of the grains.
