Great budget pre-workout
Great pre-workout for the low price. The Blue Razz and Grape taste great (only ones I've tried). Gives a solid energy boost and with 188mg of caffeine it's not overwhelming. It's a really good pre-workout if you just getting into them.

Great stuff and doesn't taste terrible!
I love this stuff! It gives me the endurance I need to push through my workout and helps with an energy boost. No brain fog with it either. I take it about 15-20 minutes before my workout. The only thing I don't like about it is that if I take more than a half scoop it makes my hands super itchy and tingly but that goes away after about 15 minutes.

Meh
I thought I loved it. Taste is good. 2scoops will give you a stim tingle. But super mild. Unfortunately it hurts my stomach and makes me bloat super bad.
