Excellent Price Descent Product
For the price you can not beat it. I think this product works but I have not noticed a significant difference in energy or muscle development. The product is good for overall health but I am not sure for body building.

They are way too large to swallow. Really need this nutrition, but will have to return. Will search for a differs option. Swanson has been a terrific provider. Will call and ask b4 I place next order.
