I really like this sublingual vitamin B12. It tastes great, and it dissolves immediately. The packaging is quite large for the quantity of the product. I love these, they're great value and much quicker to dissolve under the tongue than many sublingual B12 supplements. I have a methylation disorder and chronic anaemia, so it's really important for me to have access to a bio-available form of B12 that is methyl-neutral. So when I need a B12 boost to help my body make the haemoglobin my body desperately needs, and I don't want to disrupt my carefully balanced methylation by taking a methyl-donor version like methyl-cobalamin, this Adenosylcobalamin is perfect. The other great thing is that it's 1000mcg, so it's easy to adjust the dose - sometimes I take 1 or up to 4, depending on what I need. Harder to adjust like that with higher dose tablets. It's great stuff - I always keep some in my supplement cupboard! Highly recommended.

I love these they melt smoothly. And I feel my compromised body can absorb better than other pills. I wanted to try adenoslycobalmin and see how my body would react to this type that Medical Medium recommended (not necessarily this brand. But this type of B-12.This is great quality and ingredient B12! I wanted to try the Adensylcobalmin and picked a winner with this one. Very small, good tasting tablets dissolve quickly and completely.

I researched the different forms of B12 and it seems Adenosylcobalamin, as a non-synthetic form, provides neurological and endocrine support, which appealed to me. It's hard to know whether or not this “works” (as I guess you won't always “feel” a difference from vitamins), but I'm happy with the taste and size and ease of consumption. A recent blood test also showed normal B12 levels, so certainly it seems to be helping. The price was reasonable. My only complaint about this product is the huge waste of space in the container - it was filled no more than 1/3 full. Perhaps the size of the container could be reduced for the sake of the environment.

This b12 from the Kal brand increased my serum levels of vitamin b12 and gave me more energy, product with quality ingredients, small size tablet with a pleasant cherry flavor, it did not cause me any discomfort using this vitamin daily, I also did not have acne using this supplement. Always love KAL products. This is first time with adenosylcobalmin, which is a more bioavailable form. Have used methylcobalmin which works well but gives an uncomfortable energy. Hope this is cleaner boost to the nervous system. Taste wise I am intrigued as a little palette cleanser.
