I've used Dolomites powder for years as a natural supplement to retain healthy bones. Never experienced a broken bone to date. So I continue to use it. Comparatively shopping, Walmart had the best price.

Blends Easily in Smoothie

Kal is a great brand............love this.
Used to read old Prevention magazine and learned a lot then. KAL is a great brand. I buy the minerals too from Kal. Love this powder form.

Toothpaste Additive
I bought this with the intent of using it in my natural homemade toothpaste as a calcium magnesium mineral source and as a powder binder and scrubbing agent. So far so good. I will not be using internally as a supplement however. Cannot attest to those benefits.
