We mix this half/half with nutritional yeast flakes in the yeast flakes' original shaker jar, which turns out to be a great way to consume this product. I used to order this in the lecithin granules form, but have now switched to this powdered form and mixing it with the yeast flakes, with which we are very satisfied. Happy Customer!!

I bought this a month ago and I put it in my cereal every morning, it mixes in nicely and it's tasteless.

I don't know much about this powder stuff. I heard this is good for health and put it in to my smoothie every day. I have looked up all the brands online and this one is probably one of the cheapest one. The price is only 21 bucks for a big container.
