I purchased the Sunflower lecithin to add to my daily intake of supplements, it has no cons in my book. I have added the recommended daily amount in milk, cereal, and my favorite is Greek yogurt. Works great for breast duct clogs. I put it in my chocolate milk and blend it. I don't taste it at all.

We mix this half/half with nutritional yeast flakes in the yeast flakes' original shaker jar, which turns out to be a great way to consume this product. I used to order this in the lecithin granules form, but have now switched to this powdered form and mixing it with the yeast flakes, with which we are very satisfied. Happy Customer!!
