after discovering this product off YouTube and doing a review, I thought I would try this particular brand. I'm glad I chose it after one day of use I showed an decrease in appetite for that day. this product did help me eliminate so that's a plus all by itself. My first time of use I put it in my protein shake. I use a full tablespoon which was a little too much, so I know to decrease the amount to about 1/3 of a teaspoon. I also included it in some water and I drink it down very fast because if you don't it will become like quicksand. very hard to take down it. don't have no kind of taste. no after taste. no of anything and I love that. so I will recommend this product to anyone and I hope you have as much as success as I did. thank you! 😘

Ok I bought this because I read about it's benefits for helping you feel fuller quicker. If you do as it says and take the small amount in a glass m of water about 30 minutes before your meal you really do stop eating earlier than you normally would.

I comparisoned shopped and this was the best value out there and it was delivered on time with no complications.

I bought this a month ago it's affordable and easy. This product works better than capsules. It thickens and you can add it to your favorite dishes.

NOW GLUCOMANNAN Konjac powder is a thick globby root powder that is actually gross. I place approximately one teaspoon with a glass of water, and try to drink it. It does however blend well in my Whey protein powder drink. If you want this product you might want to consider the capsule option instead.

Good value product. In powder form, appears to be more effective than capsules. Mixes easily in water.

as far as a supplement to make you feel full it did not work at all. i tried it for 3 days and the powder and water turns thick so fast you cant chug it before it does ,but even when you do drink all of it, it does nothing.

I ordered the powdered form, they sent the capsules! I waited over a week to get my order, and was exited until I seen it was capsules. I'll use these since I don't want to wait on another order, that could still potentially be the same problem.

The powder is so fine , it gobbles up before you can drink it !! Stick to the capsules!! I suppose if you want to choke , this is a good option!!! Sorry, Now!!! You make good products but this one is no good!!!!
