Super Pill for Lactose Issues
This is a great pill to take before eating pizza or any rich meal out in a restaurant. Take it within 30 minutes of eating for best performance.

Enjoy dairy again
This is been my go to, for years. I can eat my dairy with out any worry. I highly recommend if you have issues inclusive being lactose intolerant.

Least effective lactaid product I have ever tried.
I found this product only marginally better than taking no lactaid product at all. It is not a Swanson brand.
