Equate Dairy Relief Lactase Enzyme Chewable Tablets, Fast Acting, Vanilla Flavor, 32 Count

Two family member s tried WE BOTH AGREE THESE ARE BETTER THAN LACTAID BRAND!! dont know if I can say that.😅.. But BETTER OR for sure!!! JUST AS GOOD AS NATIONAL BIG BRAND.. That's TWICE AS MUCH $$. HAPPY!!! no cramping... not much gas. BUT ICE CREAM...SO!! no bloat.. no chalky taste!!

I am only partially lactose intolerant and can have certain things without meds. However for the really good stuff like swiss cheese or brie I need help. I take 2 tablets when I start the meal and have no gas, bloating or hard stomach. The only way for me to enjoy these goodies:)

These chewable dairy pills taste good and work well. The only draw back is just getting them out of the packaging. When going out to eat its a little cumbersome opening the packets and the table but other than that there good. They actually work better than the dairy pill you have to swallow because they dissolve so quickly.

finally found the answer for my digestive problems and this chewable equate lactase tablet works for me. It's easy to take and easily carried in your bag or pocket ---and it prevents the issues that milk and other dairy cause me. With a "large" glass of milk I chew up three (with my first swallow) and forget it. No problems. with my bowl of cereal I chew up one tablet with my very first bite. This Equate lactase tablet is my favorite solution above all the others that I've tried.

It's wild how lactose intolerance can come out of nowhere. Partner went 50-some years of their life with no problems and all of a sudden dairy became agony. They still don't want to risk trying something like a glass of milk and ice cream, even with pills, but these have been great for other dairy they consume. He'll do cheese on a burger or tacos and as long as he's taken these, he's able to eat his meal without the nasty aftereffects. These are also way more affordable than vegan cheese in my area.

If you are lactose intolerant and you need this to protect your belly from discomfort and pain, I would definitely use this product. It's easy to use on rabbit stick in your mouth. Let it melt or it's comfortable.

The taste for this is great, a tad bit chalky but thats to be expected. The vanilla flavor stands out. I only give it 4 stars because it is not as strong as other brands but its more affordable. I am very sensitive to lactaid and I have to take at least 3 to 4 of these for them to actually work.

I still love using the equate but I don't think they're quite as strong as they used to be. I tend to have a little more gas after using milk products when I used them. haha maybe it could just be me. RAG

Personally, it was very good at doing what its suppose to do. BUT, it makes you feel SOOO bloated after taking it for literal days and you will not be able to go poop. I would much rather just suffer for a couple hours and have something with milk than feel the incredible uncomfortableness that this product gave me. Ofc, being lactose intolerant is a spectrum on its own so perhaps it will help someone else who gets immense pain when having lactose.

I use this when I want to eat ice cream or Mac n cheese. I can't stand the taste of it but it does work wonders making sure I'm not running to the bathroom. It tastes like dried milk and I personally do not like the taste at all. Easy to chew and the flavor goes away after you have your first bite of whatever you're eating. It can cause my stomach to bubble but other than that all good.
