I follow the directions and take 3 before eating anything dairy. The only time this has not been effective is eating ice cream. I am sure if I took 6 pills it would probably work but haven't tried it yet. It works well for eating pizza and cheese on a sandwich.

These lactase caps work well for me. They are stronger than my previous brand, but cheaper, and so I won't be going back. I use one cap for (say) a bowl of cereal and half a cup of milk and am not aware of any discomfort afterwards. It's definitely cheaper in the long run than buying other ‘milks' like almond milk or even lactase-free milk. Of course there's very little lactase in cream, cheese or yoghurt, so I go on enjoying these as always. I only need a cap when drinking milk.

if u have lacose intolerance case......this helps in milk containing food like Bechamel but if you want to drink full cup of milk it will not be so helpfull( i used 3 pills with cup of milk) and i get the disturbences ( lower then usual but still not disapear)
