Kary's Roux Cajun Gumbo Mix Ready-to-Cook, 5oz

I love Kary' Roux Cajun Gumbo mix, I've tried it in the past. I have checked all the local stores and couldn't find it anywhere in town. Thanks.

This seasoned powdered roux is really good. Very easy to make a gumbo. In fact I make mine in a crock pot, comes out really good. I do add onions, bell peppers, green onions, garlic. I normally make it with chicken, smoked sausage and I also add shrimp to it. Yummy!

It is the best gumbo mix I have ever tried. I let a friend of mine taste my gumbo, that was made with Kary's. He was so impressed that he immediately purchased 4 boxes of the mix. He recommended the mix to his family and friends.

Decided to try it since I like the jar of roux and was kind of in a rush. It helped make a delicious pot of gumbo in a shorter amount of time than usual. Much better than the other options I've tried in the past. Will be buying again.

This is a good starter for gumbo. I added additional seasonings, chicken, sausage, and an extra cup of water to it and my family loved it. One package made enough gumbo to serve my family of 3, but I plan to use two packages the next time.
