Kashi Autumn Wheat Breakfast Cereal, Organic, 18 oz

I just tried the autumn wheat Cereal for the first time. It is amazing! It holds it's crunch through the whole bowl and pairs well with fruit and dried fruit alike. No soggy chewy biscuits here. And, the nutrition beats all other brands by far. I'll never eat another brand of "shredded wheat" again. Lastly, the flavor of the biscuits is also exceptional. Kashi Autumn wheat customer for life!! 🤩👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This was my first time eating Kashi cereal. Wow is it good. The texture and taste was superior. I added cinnamon and honey. Very good.

I just read a negative review that made me laugh. I actually like this cereal in biscuit form but sometimes I purposely “smash” them. It's about the only cereal I eat

This cereal is made with just a few ingredients (organic whole grain wheat, a bit of cane sugar, and natural flavor), and you can really taste the difference. It's not overly sweet, but just enough to make it enjoyable. The little shredded wheat biscuits are crunchy right out of the box, and they soften nicely in milk without getting soggy too fast. I love that it's organic, high in fiber, and has no artificial junk. It keeps me full for a while, and I feel good about what I'm eating. That said, if you're used to sugary cereals, this might taste a bit plain at first, but it's perfect for people who want something clean and lightly sweetened.

What is the "organic natural flavor"? and why do you need it? I mean this is wheat and sugar. I wa dupped into buying this product by the cover which simpy says "3 simple ingredients" righ next to their Organic cert. Stupid me didn't read the ingreidents... Would love more trasparnecy here. So please what is this "flavor" you added?

While the taste and quality are great, I won't be buying it again because I need to know what I'm eating. "Natural flavor" is way too vague. I need to know exactly what the natural flavor is. (What if it's something I know I'm allergic to?)

I have eaten Kashi Cereal for over a decade. Autumn Wheat and when you had the chocolate. I am throwing out this sweeter version, could not finish. But great marketing tool for Children and bad for Diabetics.
