I love the parchment paper on one side and aluminum on the other. It's not just for cookies. If you make meatloaf, meatballs, etc., the fat and grease don't go through because of the foil, and you don't have to wash a greasy pan. Plus, the parchment absorbs some of the grease.

I've never seen this before, it popped up at 40% off when I was looking at foil. We use the BBQ grill and smoker often and this looked promising. Weve only used it in the smoker so far but loved it. It kept in more juice than just foil and didn't stick to the meat like foil does on occasion. Will definitely purchase again. And I have told everyone to get some.

I love this two-sided paper to line my cookie sheets depending on what I'm cooking whether I use it on the aluminum side or the parchment paper side then there's no cleanup really it's virtually perfect I love it

Used to make single layers of 6 layer orange cake I drew 8 “ circles on paper side. , put the paper on cookie sheets and bakes The sturdiness of the paper made this possible. Filled the layers with vanilla buttercream and left the sides as they were added candies orange peel to the top and everyone loved it. Because the layers were so thin , the cake need no frosting on the side

This is the only one I could find online. It's O. K. I just wish the aluminum side is little thicker, so when I wrap something the bend side hold the shape.
