[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Northern Cardinals and Blue Jays are very appreciative that I have Safflower seeds for them. Especially in the winter there is not much available for the little birds to eat. The birds go through it rather quickly and seem to like it. The squirrels like it too, but that's another story.

This safflower seed definitely attracts Cardinals. I see many of them in our backyard. It is also appealing because it is made in the USA. Our property borders a nature preserve, so we get a lot of birds. They seemed to enjoy this type. They were eating it right after he filled their feeder. I would buy it again.

I'm glad I had an opportunity to try this seed. It's more economical & definitely attracts the birds. I gave some to my Son to use in his feeder in the backyard.
