This assistive device is very similar to one I used during hospital PT rehab. Price point from this supplier is attractive and quality is very good. It takes some strength to straighten the inner metal wire before use, but once set, the stiffness of the wire makes the item more useful.

Great help with lifting legs

This has been very helpful in my ability to recover from knee replacement surgery. It helps me get my leg up into bed, but also aids in some PT exercises until i am strong enough to lift it on my own. The length is long, so if you're tall, that is good, but the handle can be formed to adjust to any length and firmly hold there.

I wish I had new about this bridget foot/leg Raising assistant devwhen you have Arthritis of your hip and difficult to lift your leg into the car or the bed. I no longer have to bend over to put My foot into the strap to raise my leg due to my Arthritis. It is also helpful when getting inside of the SUV.

The leg lifter is very helpful lifting my leg in the bed after my hip replacement surgery and broken foot. As long as my surgical shoe is on it's fine, but without it, the side of my foot with the broken bone hurt when I tried to lift my leg. So I just have to be careful about that. My husband was surprised to find me in bed already when I'd used to leg lifter. It saves him the extra work.

This product seems to do what it claims -- give a stiff device in order to aid with leg lifting. At first, it was very stiff and didn't seem like it would flex enough to be able to get a foot into. However, we were able to position it into a triangle shape and it worked well.

the end that goes over the foot is not a piece of canvas it is canvas covered rod like the main part, and it's not 26" like it said. you have to bend it and it just won't go over my leg boot (like a cast) which it says it will.

It's really flimsy and isn't able to stay stiff and strong enough to help move your leg. You can tell this one is the cheap one.
