This cereal always reminds me of my Grandma. The way she used to always make her cornflake stuffing for all the holidays. Always received fresh boxes, sometimes damaged boxes but thats not Kelloggs fault, just bad delivering. Cornflakes has been on my kitchen table since before I can remember. Always a good breakfast cereal and also a good dry snack. You can't go wrong picking up a box for breakfast, lunch , dinner. Enjoy..!!
The product is perfect, that's why I bought it. What I disliked is the packaging of my entire order. When my entire order was delivered, it had not been placed in a shipping box or bag. The delivery driver has to make several trips to her car to retrieve my order a piece at a time. She stated that was the way it was brought to her vehicle. Whenever you shop at the store, your items are placed in a bag to carry out of the store. Why are they not put in a bag for delivery? I've decided to start spending my money at Target for now and let Walmart get themselves together.
I have not purchased Kellogg's cornflakes in years, had a wild craving for some, so decided to buy, I was really impressed, they actually taste the same as they did years ago, very, very good! If you haven't tried them in a while, I recommend that you try again, five out of five stars on everything
"Kellogg's Corn Flakes are a must-have in our household. Not only are they a great, healthy breakfast option, but they are also perfect for crushing up to use as a crunchy coating for baked chicken or casseroles. Walmart always has them at a great price, and the box is always packed full. Highly recommend!"
Its been a family go to for great fried chicken. just crush with your hands and add about 2 heaping soup spoonfuls of flour and mix. Dip chicken in whisked eggs, and tap surplus off edge of bowl. Dip in corn flakes and press down into chicken. Fry in hot oil as little as 1/4 of an inch.
This makes a great breakfast, has all the right nutrients that I need. I also use this cereal as on my chicken strips when frying them for my kids, they absolutely love it.
Cornflakes has always been my favorite cereal and still are. On arrival. These cornflakes were crunchy and fresh. The box is colorful and easy to recognize. You can eat them out of a box or in a bowl. The y have a very good taste and not salty at all. A great family size box.
An American favorite for decades, corn flakes are a must have in every pantry. My family loves them with a few berries sprinkled on top followed by a spoonful of sugar. They're also good as a coating on chicken; just crush them up fine, add seasonings and dip your egg battered chicken pieces into the crushed corn flakes. Bake until the chicken is done. The corn flakes add a level of crunchy goodness that is unsurpassed.
Most times the crunch is perfect, and then there are times I've bought them and the crunch was extremely too hard. The price is outrageous 😳, but for now I haven't found any others with the right crunch (most of the time), nor the flavor. I eat them not only for breakfast, but sometimes brunch or dinner, for that refreshing sweet cold crunchy taste. No additives like any fruit, just my sweet crunchy cornflakes.
I bought this because of its minimal ingredients and lack of toxic preservatives, but I learned they put BHT and possibly other preservatives in the packaging to avoid having to disclose it in the ingredients. A plastic bag treated with BHT permeates the food. That's the point. I contacted the company to confirm. Yep. I used to buy this regularly. Not anymore.
