Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 10.5 oz Can

Campbell cream of chicken soup is a staple for my kitchen any day. Along with cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, etc… They make cooking any recipe easy and so much better. Very convenient.

if you've ever made a cheese sauce with block cheese, you know you have to make a bechamel first. Then grade your cheese into it, right? No. Use Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup instead. You thin it out with some liquid, but about 1/2 of what the can instructions call for. Then heat the soup in a saucepan on the stove, Grate in your favorite block cheese until you get it as cheesy as you want.

Always have this on hand. Have used and served for all reasons - soup alone - or add ins like cooked rice, cooked vegetables, can be a soup base or can cook or bake or broil as a sauce for chicken filets or as Swedish meatballs - use with milk butter or cheese to make it richer - or plain. It's delicious and a classic.

This I use for chicken pot pies, chicken %26 noodles/pastry and chicken with rice. It gives all of these dishes a richer taste. O course, I dilute it but it is nice to keep it on hand.

Usually get what's on sale. Great Value brand is cheaper, and I cannot tell the difference when I put in soups, baked chicken, pasta, cornbread dressing, etc.

I only use campbells cream of chicken to eat and to cook in other dishes with. It is great over toast or in casseroles. I especially like it when I am sick. Easy on the stomach.

Everything Campbell's is yummy BUT the dented cans make me want to look at another brand. Today alone, I received 9 damaged cream of chicken soup cans. No, not little dents... BIG, leaning, separated labels, bad. Walmart: Great prices, inventory but what a waste to have product like this on your shelf. Your customer service clerks who pull orders, should pull theses off the shelf or report it right away and return to mfr.
