Wow! ! !
Love 'em, they remind me of fig newtons I ate as a child. A great snack after dinner, or early in the morning with coffee. Soft, chewy, come in three flavors, and easy to slip in my pocket on the way out the door because they are wrapped in a twosome package. I'll order more.

Great for those Grab
I have liked these bars for a long time. This assortment is 16 Strawberry, 8 Apple/Cinnamon, and 8 Blueberry. They're not overloaded with sugar, but are still fairly sweet. They're pretty filling if you're having one of those Grab

Like quantity and price. And more, like the chewiness and the taste. The bars are a bit small, so I have two or three at the same time. Filling, too.

OK, but not a taste treat. Great Value is better.
If you're eating these for health reasons, you'll want to look at the nutrition label. (I mention a few nutritional facts below.) They are so-so in the healthy department. (Not nearly as good, for example, as Grape Nuts or the Walmart brand equivalent). Walmart's Great Value brand cereal bars are slightly healthier for you. Kellogs Nutri-grain strawberry - 130 cal - 3.5g fat per serving = 27 mg fat per calorie - 1g dietary fiber = 8mg dietary fiber per calorie - 12g sugar = 92mg sugar per calorie - 12g added sugar = 92mg added sugar per calorie Great Value Fruit

stick to the store brand
I bought these in a pinch when the Walmart brand was sold out. I found them to be quite dry in comparison, and lacking in fruit filling.
