very roomy and sturdy - can definitely hold a person's weight so it makes a good bench as well as a storage bin.

Crazy big. Big! Easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Makes a decent seat and looks good. Did I mention that it's big? Storing all my gardening supplies in this. A good purchase!

Large enough to store cushions, flowerpots and a variety of tools like leaf blower and hedge trimmers. Strong enough to sit on and has a soft close lid, protecting little fingers. Also has a locking mechanism but does not come with the lock. I do wish they would make the holes larger in the locking mechanism so that a standard-sized padlock would fit.

Nice looking box, matches our porch furniture. We needed it to store cushions and pillows in bad weather. Nice wicker look to the box and good size for our needs. We had no problem putting the box together, very simple, instructions were not really needed.

The product is as described. It fits loveseat cushions and 2 side chairs and pillows. Easy to put together. It has rained the last 2 days and all is dry inside. This came with a defective corner making it so it doesn't close on its own like it should. There's a gap in the defective corner. My husband also needed to sit and carve out extra plastics from the “click together” holes. Visually appealing. Nice size. The hastle to return and have this item replaced isn't something I want to have to do. Very stressful and annoying for the price you pay.... even more so because we had this item shipped. It already took weeks to get as it is.

This item did not come with all of the parts. The only options I have are to call the manufacturer (Keter) for them to send me the parts which will take 4-6 weeks OR return the item and order a new one, in which they cannot guarantee all parts will be there.. A little ridiculous there isn't a better solution. Other than that, the item looks as its pictured and was easy to put together minus the parts I'm missing.

This product came without assembly instructions and was missing half the parts, including all the screws and hinges. I tried to call the seller to get instructions and parts, but reached a voicemail. Fortunately for me, I've had enough bad experiences like this that I was careful in unboxing the product so I was able to re-pack it, tape it back up, and have Walmart send FedEx to come get it for a refund. Sadly, over a week later, I'm still waiting on that refund, but it's a good reminder to skip Walmart and its resellers for items like this.

the piece fit together easily enough, but the fasteners were badly engineered and did not align. So I can close it but the lock mechanism doesn't line up. The edges are also cracked. I super glued them to make this work. For the price, I would have expected better.

The box arrived without any instructions. I looked up similar models on youtube to assemble. However if you make one wrong step the plastic snaps are impossible to unhook, so I ended up cracking the box when I was backtracking. The size was great and the plastic appeared to be hard and good quality comma but it was brittle which made it difficult to assemble. I ended up returning it after the side cracked during assembly.
