I put it in my shaker blender bottle every day, take the mixing ball out, pour 8-9 ounces of water, put mixing ball back in, pour mixing powder, and shake away! The vanilla taste is quite creamy and tastes pretty good the first few shakes that you have. After about a week's worth, it does get bland tasting, but if you wanted I would imagine you could throw anything in there to give it some more flavor even though that would obviously change the nutritional facts. I would recommend and have already recommended to a friend doing the keto diet!

i gave all 4 stars because i tried to mix this just by spoon didnt work order small blender but was to be here by 15th guess i should knee bett not being here to 25th

I was really excited to get this shake mix, it's in a decent size container, and they give you a scoop inside the container. the keto diet is all the rage right now, but I have to say I am a little disappointed in this shake mix. you are suppose to use two scoops in whatever you put the mix in, it says your favorite drink. okay so I tried just water at first, it had a great taste, except the after taste to me tasted like seltzer water, ugh not good to me. so I thought I would try in almond milk, I did mix it in and this time the taste was a lot better, hardly could taste any after taste. but the after taste is really not the worst part. the worst part of this product is mixing it in your drink! you can't just stir it in. I tried just stirring, I could not get it to mix all the way. so the package says mix in shaker cup. so I did the shaker cup and had more success than just stirring. there was still like a frothy layer on top of my drink, meaning I still could not mix the drink all the way. I think the product needs some improving on this part, because I feel like I am wasting some. so in that since I tried mixing only one scoop and that seemed to mix completely in my drink, I think the smaller glass size they give you to go by is too small, and you need more drink to mix your powder all the way. overall I think a little adjusting to the cup size is a must, and the taste is great with almond milk, and I find that it does a great job at suppressing my appetite all day, and gives me a little energy to go along with that.

Better quality from a known company, good price, and I stopped using plant based milks as this works great with water. The major plus side no Proposition 65 warning.

You really need to use a blender or something to mix this and even then it still ends up clumpy. The flavor isn't completely horrible but it's definitely not my favorite. Made me nauseous after drinking it the first time, haven't touched it since and probably won't finish the rest
