The coffee tastes good. I replaced one I'd loaned to a relative, but she must not be familiar with the word "loan"!

So far so good. This maker is replacing a 13 year old unit that was used daily. With any luck, this one will make it at least half that long. Like the smaller size and the 12 cup option.

So far so good. Bought this as a replacement for another, different model Keurig that died, and it's much faster starting up than that last one. Good price. No leaks or issues so far. Love how compact it is. Hopefully it'll be easy to clean when time comes and that it'll last a long time.

The process for replacing my Keurig coffee maker under warranty could not have been smoother. Communication with Keurig was efficient and timely. Receipt of the replacement coffee maker was very easy and quick. Keurig definitely stood behind its product with a staightforward, efficient and timely replacement program.

Nice and SIMPLE and compact on my counter. Makes a fine cup of coffee. No more wifi “can't read pod issues” which left the “smart” brewer unable to brew coffee. That was a disaster. This model is a dream.

This is an excellent little coffee machine for those with limited counter space who still want to have a great cup of coffee in a very quick amount of time.

Exactly what I needed, perfect size for my smaller counter and gets the job done. The reservoir on the back holds all the water I need for each morning. Best design yet . . .

I like the fact you can choose what size cup you want. No more wasted coffee is a big plus. It's easy to use too. Sometimes I wish it were a little hotter, but that is an easy fix. Very happy with this coffee maker. Love it!

It's very fast and looks sleek. I like the space saving footprint.

I really like the Keurig K-Express. Very convenient, simple, compact and doesn't seem cheap. But it's not as durable. I've had to get a couple of replacements. It just stops working. With some research, I've discovered that it is probably the internal thermostat. It has a breaker that trips when the temperature limit is hit. I've found that it doesn't like being run a lot with no pod installed (for just hot water, don't so it) to provide some back pressure. Once I hit the brew button by accident without having the tank installed. If they added a button outside to reset the breaker, it would save a ton of replacements for them. Keurig has been awesome in honoring the 1 Year Warranty. I don't like accepting a new one, as is rather have them walk me through taking it apart to reset it. Would save them money, yes time getting a new one, etc. I use it 3-4 times per day and believe this one will be ok. I like this little one and don't want a different model.
