Installed easily with some dish soap as lubricant. The seal seems like it will last longer than my OEM door seal, but it did not quite seal as good as I had hoped. One of the doors still has a small bit of daylight. However this is the door with a slight dip in the concrete. Perhaps as the seal flattens it will seal more fully. My old seals were completely flat. I expected these to flatten more than they do. The tube looking part in the picture does not really flatten much with the door down.

I got this to replace my old garage door seal that was beyond repair after decades of use. This new seal was relatively easy to put on and sized just right. It is delivered rolled up in a package, so it makes installation easier if you lay it out on a flat surface a few hours before installation. There are excellent installation instructions on uTube.

Living in Florida, even our thunderstorms can produce driving rain. We changed out our garage door weather stripping and there is now no rain that gets in under the door. Seal is so tight that it does not allow even bugs to get in the garage. The weather strip was easy to install.

I had to return it because there were no parts that were advertised. I received only the rubber part.

The rubber is so hard when the weather is cold. The motor can't close the doors. The doors goes up. The motor think something block the door.
