The weight versatility is very good, however the side adjusters are not too easy to work with, and does not tighten as much as I'd like. The vest itself is useful and is comfortable to wear. Overall it's a very good product and definitely is worth it's cost.
Funny how i lost 35lbs. but bought a vest to put the weight right back on. but seriously, my doctor said 15 more to go so im upping up the weights and for the price and the ad on weight this was a great deal compared to the amazon ones. Mot gonna say I "love" it but I do love losing weight and how I feel about myself so. it's a love hate thing. Buy it.
Absolutely love it! Bought eight lb on Amazon but outgrew it weight wise this one comes with 2 lb inserts you can go from like eleven pounds to twenty. Easily slips over head not binding on neck and straps easy to adjust
For the money I think it was worth the purchase. It is 12 lb to start and there are extra weights to add 1 lbs each total of 20 lbs. I use it on my treadmill for osteoporosis to strengthen my bones. The cons the weights have metal shavings and do shed a bit. Minor issue
I love this
Good quality and good item. worked out well
