Based on my dogs, this food must be better than the others. They will both eat this without having to be mixed with another food first to add flavor. I personally think dog food and cat food have become quite expensive, but this brand (for now anyway) is a tad cheaper than some of the others. Another plus.
My small dog loves this good! When I got her @ 1st she was on Pedigree. Then she stopped eating it. I switched her over and bought the larger nuggets, she got tired of that because of its size was too big for her, I switched her to the smaller nuggets and she began to eat again! Thank you for making this size, she really likes it! She continues to eat it 2 years later! She just turned 4 on Feb.23, 2025 and she is a Aussiedoodle! I'll try and send you a pic of her, ASAP?
My dog that I adopted was fed some expensive type dog food that I don't know anyone who would want to it it. I started her onZKinbles and Bits. Her health is improving, her breath doesn't stink and she loves her fresh bowl of kibble every morning. Good job Walmart for keeping your prices down. It's getting rough and expensive for disabled to own a dog. Every bit helps!
I have an English bulldog, a brahma bully, and a pit bull. They were always eating the Kibbles and Bits mini bites that I buy for the chihuahuas. So I bought this Kibbles and Bits regular for them. They love it, they empty their bowls in no time. They are very active and it sustains their health.
Well my dogs liked it good enough but the kids just cant seem to get enough of it and their coats or hair is just so shinny and their theeth sure take a beating though and the breath eww. But everyone is fat and happy and that is all that matters right!
When I went to the store to change my babies food, I spent time and ended up going with this one. I've had her on it for a couple months now, 2-3 months I believe. I noticed that this food has dyes in it, which is really gross. I also noticed she completely stopped eating the red bites. Can't blame her for that! She has lost weight while being on this food. I went with this one because of the cost and how the package made it look. But after these few months, I'm going back to what she was on to begin with! (She is a Cocker Spaniel)
I’ve ought kibbles and bits before, but these are much larger and I have 6%23 toothless dogs. The 2 pieces at the top are the only 2 small enough for my dogs to eat . My dogs are chihuahuas . I’ll give it to someone who has bigger dogs. I recommend that you specify the size of the kibble on the bag. The one I’m using now has a picture of a large dog and it has small enough kibble.
I bought two 45 lb. bags of this dog food and it was absolute dust in the bag. It must have gotten tossed around a lot or something but BOTH bags were like this. I had to feed the animals with what they could pick out of the powdered food but I feel like I was kind of ripped off. Not sure if I should contact the store or the manufacturer but I think I'm owed two brand new bags. I'll be looking to speak to someone about it. I guess it's not one specific persons' fault but the product should really hold up better than it did. I usually buy Ol'Roy and it's been out for a long time. I suspect they're going to smaller bags but same price.
I have a 9 year old mixed breed, boxer, Shepard, American Pitbull, black lab, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and Saint Bernard, this is making him sick, mostly dry heaving and a lot of stomach acid, almost all night after eating this, but then I have a 14 year old Chihuahua, a 1 year old huskeypooden, and a 1 yr old cattle jack it does not have the same effect on them, so weigh your odds, if you don't try you don't know!
delivered to wrong location was not delivered to my house had to spend the last little bit of money I had to be able to buy a bag of dog food because this one is not delivered to me
