I liked the three sets of different sizes as it helps during food prep. I am not sure if it is necessary, but it was suggested that the boards be sanded and treated with mineral oil to condition them and prevent the wood from absorbing to much water. I found that it was necessary to do that for a few days. I would look this up,

These cutting boards are beautiful as they are functional, and the price was very worth the purchase. The only reason I gave one less star for the ease of use was that it doesn't come with a stand to hold the three boards up, which would have been very helpful! They are so beautiful, I believe they should be upright %26 on a counter instead of stashed away somewhere.

The cutting boards a very beautiful. Although as another customer stated, the have a strange smell. I'm sure in time that will go away. I am happy with the purchase

It is not one piece wood board. Three different pieces are glued together. I returned it because I need one solid piece of wood chopping board.

First use for vegetables and it did not hold up to scratching... also one came cracked

cutting board is stinky and wood is not good quality, edges are black, and patched with putty. not worth the price, wood will not last long

These have an awful smell and after washing with soap and water they are dripping stain. They are a fake wood that was stained. Highly do not recommend.

Aesthetically these are nice. Very solid. But, they smell absolutely horrendous! Very strong urine smell. I tried washing them. Can’t get the smell out. No wonder these were so steeply discounted. I’ve already thrown away packaging, used and washed. And now I can’t return.

Don't buy this. It smells so bad. After 8 months, my husband and I decided to throw it away because of the smell. Every time we get it out of the drawer, it stinks up the kitchen. It also affects the smell of your food. When you wash it, and open up the dishwasher, that terrible chemical smell is refreshed.

Little pieces of wood comes off onto your food. I didn't notice until later and its hard telling how much of it that ive eaten.
