The KIND bar consists of almonds and cashews (61% of the bar) held together with a small amount of mint-flavored dark chocolate. The bar is low sodium, dairy free, has no GMO ingredients and provides 5 grams of protein with only 5 grams of sugar. It is a satisfying snack because the crunchy nuts take enough chewing so that you feel you have really eaten something.

I am very satisfied with this product. From the first use you can see the quality and how well it fulfills its function. It is easy to use, practical and really makes a difference on a daily basis. I really liked the experience in general and the results were better than I expected. I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again.

These bars are absolutely wonderful! Im a huge fan of mint chocolate so these are right up my alley. They have a soft mint flavor with this rich dark chocolate, it has a wonderful crunch, and definitely makes you want to eat the whole box. They also are the perfect size to take on the go. I can just take a bar, throw it in my bag and eat it whenever I want!! These honestly have become my go to snack for when I need a high protein snack on the go. I high recommend it!!

so yummy! it's the perfect healthy snack for when you need a quick thing to put in your system. sometimes healthy alternatives can be nasty. but this one is sure to make your body and your tastebuds happy! Pretty inexpensive and easy to keep a part of your pantry. Stays viable for months so if you're anything like me and accidentally leave it in the back of your pantry, it's still good! lol

These are my favorite! A staple in my pantry. Good taste, not overly dry like some other protein bars. Good ingredients listed as well. I like that they come in a package of 12, I feel like some other comparable brands have boxes of 5 or 6.

I love kind bars. They're such a great snack. My doctor recommended them so I can stay away from sugar and carbs. They definitely make healthy eating tasty and convenient.

If you like a good healthy tasting bar, this is your bar! It does give you a little bit of energy which I love and I like the value. I do not like the texture, but that is a personal thing for me. It isn't chewy enough for me. I do love the ingredients!

Way too many nuts. High in calorie and sugar. Doesn't need chocolate. Melts in sun. Hurts my teeth. My mouth. In all I would not buy again. I like soft power bars with less sugar.
