Buying items at Christmas can get expensive and may not be in stock so I can always find an item like these surprise dig toys and the kids enjoy not knowing what they're getting until the end and they come at a great price
My children love this sand. It is easy to clean up and gives them hours of creative fun. It is a wonderful sensory toy to strengthen muscles for future writing skills.

Highly disappointed. This was a Christmas present for a 5 year old to be opened Christmas Day. I did not open it when it was received. When it was opened Christmas Day I realized it had already been opened and played with by someone. It was too late to take it away from him. The sand was all mixed up and not in a plastic bag like the other kinetic sand play kit I got for him. It also had packaging in the box that was not related to kinetic sand.

Package had been open and used. A total mess. I am returning and I will try one more time. Why would you ship something like this and it was a birthday present. Totally embarrassing!
Received item for a gift. Upon opening sand was dried out and mixed together. Kinetic sand brand items typically come in sealed bags separated by color as have oreded many kits in the past. Reported to Walmart who was unconcerned and unhelpful. Offered $8 and nonther options, as I stated item was defective and unable to return as terrible as it was I was not about to pry a gift put of my 4 year old nephews hands in order to physicly return. In looking at other reviews similar issues were reported so this clearly was not a one time occurrence. Neither seller nor Walmart will ensure quality so I would buy for same price at Target in this case.
This was for my son's friend birthday. Delivery box was in perfect condition. The item had a broken seal and the sand was everywhere. It was clearly used. Very frustrating
