Yeah, it's not regular muffins, but the texture and flavor are pretty tasty. I always throw some nuts and berries in there and they come out well. I often make 6 with the box instead of using the dozen pan.
Great product! I have made two batches of these adding in Jammy Bits. They have been wonderfully received by all who tasted them. They are going to be my go-to muffin mix for all future bakes. It's great to find a product that fits my Keto life-style recommended by my doctor.
The very best Keto mix I have found. My whole family loves these muffins. I generally add in mashed banana and/or blueberries, but even totally plain they are delicious. The almond flour gives a nice added flavor we really enjoy. Far superior to any supermarket mix I've tried. Plan to buy again, and again, and again!
I actually like these - I wasn't thrilled about the cake batter but the muffins are really good. I add some dried cranberries ( from KAF) and love it. My grandson says these are gross but he is 6 and very much into sugar. My daughter and garnddaughter LOVE THEM. Next time I'll put chocolate into the muffins for the little boy. I know he'll flip then.
These low carb muffins are terrific. I add 1 cup of blueberries, which add about 1.5 carbs but are so worth it. I also add orange or lemon zest if I have it for a second flavor boost
I made this into blueberry bread and it was fabulous! Now to find it locally. Sob sob why can't I find this anywhere? Too expensive to keep shipping it.
I thought I would try it, but would not use it again. I have been baking with sprout flour and I think that is a better option for us. They didn't have much substance to them.
decripyionnclearly says case of 8, they sent 1 small box for a ridiculous cost.
This is not a case as described. Only one muffin box.
I didn't care for these at all. I tried to avoid writing this , but apparently King Arthur won't be satisfied until I do. There is simply too much Erythritol in the mix. Not only did that make the taste and texture of the baked muffins "off", it left me feeling a little bit off as well.
