These are the best quality I have found, that is Kings Yard is the best. When you find the twin packs you get a great discount. There are two plastic parts, the moat and the feeder base that in sunny, dry and hot climates will eventually bake and break, but Kings Yard has a life time warranty.

The ant moat keeps them away, unfortunately bee's get caught in it. Speaking of Bee's, on this model they are not as intense to get to the nectar (1 cup pure cane sugar %26 4 cups filtered water) . Had 2 different feeders %26 they allowed the bee's easy access to the nectar that they swarmed the feeder %26 attacked the birds. The glass reservoir is great %26 easily cleaned. A toothbrush is a great tool for cleaning the base. Just Dawn dish soap, rinse well. I have 6 of these, but you must space them at least 50ft apart, because they will fight over them. The first 3 I put them within 15 ft of each other, all the sudden there were 20 - 30 hummingbirds fighting over them. The attached picture shows 6 fighting over 1 feeder. (Full disclosure, 1st pic [red] w/birds I threw away. It's the 1 bee's swarmed). If you got within 20ft, the bee's would buzz you. I've only been doing hummers this lady 6 weeks, steep learning curve I've got 2 blue, 2 purple %26 2 red. There's easily 20 - 30 hummers around right now sharing these 6.

I like how easy this feeder is to clean. Even though I like the purple better than red with our house colors - I am not sure if the hummers like it. I moved it 4 feet from where my red one was due to too much sun. (The Balloon lantern was where it was.) Not sure if the move or the color is making it hard for them to find it. I may paint a little yellow around the edges of the flowers (not where their beaks go) to help them see it better.

These are very well made and not too big so the fluid doesnt ferment!! The metal parts are very sturdy and they look great. We have 5 different feeders total and these are my favorite. The moat cup with a bit of water does take care of the ants!! Really easy refilling and cleaning.

I bought it for myself but my sister loved the looks of it so much I gave it to her. She LOVES it and so do her hummingbirds. I like it also. Maybe I'll buy me one.

I'm impressed with the quality of these hummingbird feeders. The glass is thick and heavy and the red color looks beautiful outdoors. The ant moat helps keep pests away and the six feeding ports allow multiple birds at once. Very happy with this purchase.

Georgeous Hummingbird feeder, main body is easy to put together. Please note, I was extremely careful but when inserting the screws the plastic on the ant moat, the moat cracked .a minor crack on the long cylinder inside the moat.

A little smaller than the plastic one, but I'm happy with it nonetheless
