Pennington Ready-to-Use Ultra Hummingbird Nectar Food, No Artificial Dye, 64 Fl Oz Liquid, 1 Pack

Since using this one, cleaning out my hummy feeders every 2 weeks, I have several regular Hummy visitors. The clear one did not attract them, the RED does! And I don't have expensive feeders, just the simple plain old kind too. Just remove the seal, and pour in easily. Nice. Love it. I have a ton of varied wildlife which is a joy to have all day. Chattering, coming to my birdbaths, feeding off my Coral Honeysuckle is another Hummy favorite; they sit inside it for a few seconds and off they go again…. Very convenient to get quickly from local store delivery, so I never run out.

I used to always buy the kind that I had to mix because I assumed it made more. But I saw a oriole trying to get into it and I noticed that the mix kind only makes 64 ounces which is how much this is. I don't know why I was troubling myself. Hummingbirds and Orioles like this brand!

Last batch of Nectar faired well. However, with this brand the Hummingbirds became ravenous. Funny watching them partake of this foodstuff. They drank so heavily bubbles came up in the feeder. Just like a water cooler does that uses a bottle on top. Never seen Hummingbirds take such prodigious gulps.

very convenient to have pre-mixed food. It took about a day for the hummingbirds to come back around when I switched to this mixture instead of the concentrated type that you mix with water. It seems like they like the sweetness of the other kind where you can make it more concentrated/sweeter. But they did come around after a couple days and seem to be drinking it, just not as quickly as before. I bought it on sale so thought I would get two large containers, but probably will go back to the concentrated version after this.

This is not Walmart's fault. The front says this is healthy for the birds then I get it %26 the first ingredient is sucralose. Nothing healthy about that. I'll make my own with real sugar. I won't eat or drink anything with artificial sweeteners, stevia or monk fruit, why would I give it to the little birds. I won't. I can't recommend.

The hummingbirds avoided the feeder that had this solution in it. They would fly over to it, stay there for a second or two and then move to another feeder that had the homemade sugar water. Before I throw it out I'm going to try adding a little more sugar.

Hummingbirds don't like it. I bought it so I don't have to mix sugar and change it every couple of days, but hummingbirds stopped coming with this nectar, they don't like it at all. So I put sugar water again, hummingbirds sre coming again. I switch to this nectar and they stop coming. Not good. Looks like all the good reviews were from last year, so maybe they changed the formula. Im throwing this away and will mix sugar water again.

description says water and sugar. so, I ordered it. I read ingredients on label when it arrived. a lot of preservatives. Read up on the product. Nobody is sure of long term effects on the birds. I threw it away. I will make my own hummingbird food. water and sugar. Only.

I have successfully used this product for years. However this year (2026), the birds do not come to the feeders with this solution at all even though they are in the area and come to other feeders. Also, in the past, the red colors was not affected by being in the outside feeder. This year, all three bottles I have tried, the color began to fade as soon as it was put in an outside feeder. Has the formula been changed?

shouldn't say you have it if you don't it messes up my account every time you put it on pending. which is crap so I will NOT BE ORDERING FROM WALMART AGAIN. Happens every time and Im sick of it. Believe it won't happen again. i'm done with Walmart. Your shoppers suck.
