These have been fine overall. Nice to have a vitamin A free product given how detrimental that chemical is to individuals with certain conditions. They have few other nutrients in them compared to major multivitamins, so best to understand that and supplement as desired for missing ingredients.

Multi without A %26 D
Good to get a vitamin without having to consume unwanted fat-soluble vitamins. Would rather it go one step farther and supple a vitamin pill without ANY fat-soluble vitamins.
