nice small pill. easy to swallow. Haven't taken them for very long but I imagine its a quality supplement.

Milk thistle is an excellent herb for liver health. kirkman is a good brand. I use this for my kids .

I take milk thistle because I am on lots of other medications. I use it predominantly for is liver detoxing benefits. The pills are small, easy to swallow and don't give you nasty tasking burps or anything. Overall it seems to be a good quality supplement product from my perspective.

Great liver support product. Trying to lower my SGPT back to normal, will see the result a month or two of using this.

I take milk thistle regularly for liver issues. And I don't tend to stick to a particular brand, but rotate among a few. This was discounted so I decided to try it. Not one of my usual brands though but I guess it'll do.

The ingredients are great, and the pills are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I use these for general immune/allergy support. I purchased these when they were on sale. However, at the normal price, which as increased significantly over the last few years, I can no longer afford to buy these.

Good quality but hard to notice benefits. I believe it's got for the liver but hard to tell. Taste is fine. Capsules small.
