For any reason, this product didn't work for my. I took it only three times, and every time I got a terrible pain at the back of my head.

I purchased this from after having some success with Choline Citrate. The problem I had with Citrate is that it hurt my stomach. I purchased this and used it for a week at doses of 250mg- 1gram and found what while it didn't upset my stomach, it did zero in terms of benefits in cognition and memory. Don't waste your money on this. Try choline citrate or bitartrate which are way cheaper and work better.
