I could tell a difference the same day from taking in the sharpness of my thinking and speaking; seems like attitude and enthusiasm. Taking early morning rec. dose. One week now, and yes for attention and focus, but memory, I don't really know~can't remember! Oh, not that that was particularly funny, but my sense of humor has went off the charts. But I still can't recall someone's name to save my life. Maybe that brain connection is just plain ol fizzled out and gone! Will continue with it and see how the month goes. Unfortunately I doubt I'll remember to come back and update anyone who reads this. So, at this price point, I'd say it's worth a try. A family member says Life Extension is where they trust to get all their supplements. That was encouraging. Especially in today's bait and switch world; "we aint in Kansas anymore, Dorthy!" To my recollection!

This supplement has really helped me with clarity and focus. I'm taking a half dose (1 capsule) in the morning and by day two noticed how I'm on task. It doesn't feel jittery or like a stimulant either, just like I have my mojo back. By the end of the week I'm noticing my sight seems clearer too, like I can see details further away.

Works really well but it's a little expensive. I've started ordering elsewhere getting more in larger doses for less money.

I hadn't taken a from of choline for a long time because it made me VERY agitated . This product had the same effect. All of LEF products are cutting edge for the last 20 years , but not this one (for me ) i.e. MacuGuard =best eye supplement by far. However I would I would like to return this one or get a credit if possible Thank you
